According to the Centers For Disease Control, the symptoms of swine flu virus are similar to the symptoms of seasonal flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. A significant number of people also have reported diarrhea and vomiting.
Swine flu, officially labeled H1N1, is a new flu virus of swine origin that first caused illness in Mexico and the United States in March and April, 2009.
